NFT Marketplace Bybit Web3 to Celebrate Robbie Williams’ Concert in the Metaverse

Bybit Web3, an NFT marketplace and Web3 affiliate of cryptocurrency exchange Bybit has announced its latest entry into the metaverse. Through its partnership with the virtual commercial city LightCycle and Hape 2.0, the NFT marketplace will be celebrating an iconic celebrity’s virtual concert.

Robbie Williams, the English singer and songwriter, is hosting his own concert. 25th Anniversary ConcertAs a solo artist within the metaverse. The iconic celebrity used to be a member of a popular pop band called Take That. Titled “Robbie Williams Beyond Reality in LightCycle – A Virtual Music Experience,” the concert will be presented by LightCycle, a 3D metaverse experience.

Bybit Web3, the official NFT platform for the concert, will facilitate ticket purchases, collecting memorabilia and other non-fungible goodies. Through social giveaways, the NFT platform aims to attract more Robbie Williams fans as well as Bybit users. The giveaway prizes include signed concert merchandise and tickets. Bybit also boasts an intuitive interface that simplifies the onboarding process as well as ticket purchases.

The latest collaboration between English singer, Bybit Web3, Hape2.0, and LightCycle is a major step in bridging the worlds of music with NFTs. Ben Zhou, co-founder and CEO of Bybit, highlighted the importance of this point.

“This partnership marks a key milestone for Bybit Web3. We want to bring Web3 into everyone’s daily life and aim to break new ground in the entertainment industry by seamlessly integrating the power of blockchain into the virtual concert experience.”

Similar to Robbie Williams’ 25th virtual concert, Decentraland It will host its third music festival on the metaverse at the end of November 2023. The music-themed digital experience saw more than 80 performances from artists, accompanied by other treats from attendees’ interaction with one another.

Time will tell whether the upcoming virtual event that is non-fungible will provide a similar thrill.
